Isaac Success yet to understand english football – Marco Silva

Coach of English Premier League side, Watford. Marco Silva, has revealed that Nigerian forward, Isaac Success, is yet to taste action this season after two rounds of games in the English Premier League because he is yet to adapt to the demands of English football.

Since his big money move from La-Liga side, Granada, the Nigerian has battled with injuries and fitness issues and last season he played in only a handful of games, starting just two games and scoring once.

The coming of coach Marco Silva, who replaced Walter Mazzari, who brought in the forward appeared to be working in the favour of the Nigerian as the manager gave him games during their pre season training.

However he is yet to make the squad for their first two games of the season, and according to the coach, it is down to the fact that he is yet to fully adapt to the demands of the English Premier League.

“This situation: He’s a young boy who needs to adapt to this football and to our ideas as well. We tried to put that to him as soon as possible because he’s one player we believe in as a project – as a Watford project.

“Until now I don’t have a decision. He stays with us; he works hard and tries to find his space in the team. It’s what I want him to do.”
